6. Refunds

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued only for eligible courses that meet the completion requirements established by Lanka Class or the course instructor.

8. Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors agree to:

Upload only content they own or are authorized to use.

Maintain professional conduct.
Respect student privacy.
Comply with all applicable laws.

Course videos may be hosted through approved third-party video platforms such as YouTube.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, logos, software, website design, and original Lanka Class content are owned by Lanka Class or its licensors.

Course content remains the intellectual property of the instructor unless otherwise agreed.

Students may access purchased courses for their personal learning only.

You may not:

Download for redistribution

Sell

Re-upload

any course materials without written permission from the copyright owner.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Share account credentials.
Attempt to bypass payment systems.
Upload harmful software or malicious code.
Harass or abuse other users.
